The client wanted to launch a cashless, fully automated laundry service that required zero staff at the point of service. The system needed to handle end-to-end customer journeys — booking, locker assignment, payment, driver dispatch and collection — across multiple locations simultaneously.
Our approach
How we built it
We designed and built an IoT-connected platform spanning a customer mobile app, operations dashboard, driver app, locker management system and payment gateway. Smart lockers communicate in real time with the platform, automating the full service cycle. The system handles split payments, cashless transactions and unattended operations around the clock.
