We built a multi-tenant SaaS platform connecting property owners, agents and tenants in one workflow — digital listings, e-agreements, automated rent collection, smart meter IoT integration, a tenant and owner app, full accounting module and LHDN e-Invoice compliance. The platform handles the full tenancy lifecycle from listing to end-of-lease.
