A growing F&B chain needed to standardise IT infrastructure across multiple new and existing outlets — including POS integration, network reliability, cloud connectivity and security — while maintaining a single point of management across all locations.

How we built it
We designed and deployed the complete IT infrastructure stack across all outlets: network architecture (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN), POS hardware integration, cloud connectivity, CCTV, access control and a centralised management platform. Ongoing managed support covers hardware, software and helpdesk escalation.
